I have been in the bookkeeping and tax business for more than 20 years. I am an Enrolled Agent.I believe everyone should have a professional prepare their tax returns, if not they are only costing themself. I have been working with Quickbooks and Quicken for about 10 years. My business has over 500 clients at the time. I teach Quickbooks in the fall and offer personal instructions all year. I charge $175 for a two day class and this includes a manual that I have written. This manual is very easy to follow and understand. I charge $150 for individual instructions. This included the manual; one hour of setup; one hour of one on one insturcitons and one hour of phone support. Additional hours can be purchased for $50.00 a hour.
