Helper Hong was very informative and fast. I was a little
apprehensive because of my experiences of being on a call
to a support center that took forever with a lot of
annoying repetition. Go for it.

mr. hong was excellent. my computer was not accepting my
password to log on and i was terrified that i wouldn't be
able to access my data. mr. hong was very knowledgeable
and quickly helped me get back on to my user account. i
can't thank him enough.
