I've been called a kid for all of my professional career. Though I am in my early 20's I've been at the highest level of call-center tech support for the largest cellular companies on the planet and have worked as a tech for NASA as well.
I'm doing this to help people, challenge myself and make a little side cash. All issues are important and I take them seriously and with haste, no matter how big or small.
I'm very familiar with Windows 98 and up, Mac 9.x and up and some versions of Linux to!
Printer, fax, internet, Microsoft Word, uninstalling a program, virus troubleshooting, general consulting and so much more. I can help you either over the phone or by email.
- Also I am very familiar with data phones such as Blackberry, iPhone, Android and more if you're curious about buying one or need some troubleshooting.
