I have been using Word for years and know EVERYTHING to do and how to fix the problems. I know the hard questions that nobody else will understand especially with errors. I know how to explain things in easy ways so anybody understands but I still know everything about Microsoft Word, Excel, Word Perfect, Outlook, Windows 7, Vista, XP and I also know Java, C++ and more. The good thing is you don't have to know about any of that. Let my knowledge help you so you don't have to know every thing. One call that's all.
