My goal is to assist your company in utilizing all of the automated features of QuickBooks. Performing routine tasks effortlessly while providing accurate financial reporting on a timely basis, so that Owners/Managers can use this information to grow their business.

My 16 years of user/training experience will help you:

• Setting-up the company data correctly the most important step you will take to assure accurate reports
• Training the staff on the correct use of each component of QuickBooks: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory Management, Payroll Set-Up, Planning and Budgeting, Income and Sales Tax management, Asset Management, Inventory and most importantly, Financial Reporting
• Troubleshooting existing errors, finding the simplest way to correct and avoid these in the future
• Periodic Auditing, reviewing accuracy of work, closing accounting period, producing financial reports

I also teach QuickBooks for the Public School Adult Vocational Program and encourage my clients to attend my classes for additional training.
