period of time, the marble theory, the addiction analysis
and other insights that really helped me.

Kay was great- understanding, competent, respectful. I'd
definitely call her again. The only reason I didn't rate it
5 stars is that this was my first call, and so I don't have
a good benchmark. So, call this four-and-a-half +, or 5 with
an asterisk.
One note- i extended the call twice, I would have liked a
statement saying how much time my additional deposit bought
(as it did when I initially placed the call)

Useless. Oversteps her boundaries and tries to run your
life. Not a good quality counselor. A dictator and is not
sympathetic.

Unfortunately, my cell phone went dead during our call but
the time my wife and I spent on the service helped a great
deal in understanding each other better. This was a
professional call that resulted in a truly eye opening
experience that we feel will help our relationship.
The insight she showed was evident and validated her
credentials as a person who can really help in the time of
