My life has been full of experiences that have given me a positive perspective. I am the mother of four adult children, one of them being a special needs child. I have lived through a divorce and the pain of broken promises. I came out on the other side a better person. For the past 15 years I have traveled across this country and I have met people from all walks of life. I have been able to give advice to family and friends based on what I've seen and what I've lived. I have given advice on relationships, family conflict, as well as the grief of losing a loved one. I believe life is full of lessons for us to learn. Sometimes we have to live one day at a time and sometimes it's simply one breath at a time. The most important thing is to keep moving forward. Let me guide you through so you too can love the life you are meant to live.
