People pay great money for therapists that put everyone in a "cookie cutter" mold, blaming parents, etc., and never allow YOU to speak about what you want to speak about. Then suddenly time is UP! That won't happen with me. Friends and family often are too close and won't tell you the truth and will only tell you what you want to hear. I will be frank. I believe that people should say what they mean, mean what they say just don't be mean when you say it. I am a highly spiritual person and accept, respect and embrace all religions. I believe the society in which we live today is based on so much fear we have lost sight of what is truly important. The media feeds us a lot of information which makes us believe we are not perfect as we are and either need to be, or need to be doing something else to be happy. The answer is within you and I will hold your hand finding it.
