Tech did NOT have a solution that worked during our 27
minute call.
Maybe my problem was complex: I want a copy of my email to
go to my wife's account. My preferred email originates from
a website. I use verizon for internet access.
I think that the Representative would have needed to be
familiar with this somewhat unusual process as well as the
Verizon webmail website.
She seemed to have good ideas, but could not help. I
probably spent over $40 and feel bad.
Unless you refund half my fee, I won't use your service
again [and will recommend against it].

Mine was an involved issue regarding likely Contact forms or
local Office installation needing a complete replacement.
This advisor was thorough and suggested a few ways of
approaching the problem. I have my homework to do now based
on her suggestions. I'd felt good enough about our call
that i would very likely call this advisor again as a follow up.

Wow what an easy call. I will be calling you first for all
my IT support. I have been working on this outlook issue
for 3 weeks with an investment of 60 personal hours online
and phone with Geek Squad,HP IT, Comcast IT and microsoft
help pages. I even sent my computer in for uninstall and
reinstall of MS Office with no resolution from the legions
of "IT experts". I was about to throw this computer into
the lake as my business is run from this outlook contact
list.
In 9 minutes my advisor resolved this harrowing experience
for me and got my business back up to speed. Thank you for
