I have an M.S. in Psychology and extensive on-the-job experience (25 years) under the supervision of Clinical Psychologists pre degree and three years since obtaining my Masters in Addiction Psychology. I am a NYS Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is a Board Certified/Fellow in the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress. I am an associate member of the American Psychological Association and a professional member of the NYS Mental Health Counselors Association. I was trained in biofeedback methods for six years and independently ran this clinic for stress and pain management for 19 years creating handouts and methods to easily learn how to control stress. I was also responsible for assessment of issues, which involved individual therapy. I have written a paper about how stress affects us in various ways both physically and mentally. Practice energy therapies to deal with stress and emotions, which are extremely affective and can be done by the client at home. Also recommend herbal remedies for various mental issues.
