Physician on Call Career advice for med school and/or residency!

Have you been thinking about applying to medical school? Or perhaps you're already a med student but you're trying to decide which residency is right for you. I graduated from a top-ten medical school, completed a four-year residency in a combined internal medicine-pediatrics program, and am board certified in both areas.
