Need relationship advice from a Christian perspective? Call Reverend Jay! I am an ordained minister and have an earned Ph.D along with an honorary doctorate. In my years as a pastor, counselor, and teacher, I have seen every type of romantic and family problem and know what it takes to solve them.

Relationships can be difficult to maintain under even the best of circumstances. Unfortunately, our culture actively undermines almost all of the values which contribute to long and satisfying romantic relationships. We sometimes need to take a step back and be reminded of eternal truths in order to solve the most pressing problems we face in life. The Bible has much to say about human relationships and how to build them, because love finds its source in God Himself (I John 4:7)

Whether your concern is with the romantic or the practical, my long and varied experience will ensure that, no matter what aspect of your relationship you are inquiring about, I can offer helpful and sympathetic advice. Perhaps most importantly for you, my advice will be Biblical and will assume both a Christian worldview and values.

My qualifications include: more than 20 years of experience in the pastorate, in teaching, and in counseling in which I have advised counselees on marriage, relationship, and family advice. While I do not give legal advice, I have earned a law degree and have ten years of combined experience as a small business owner, tax professional, and financial services professional.
