I have been an energy work practitioner for almost 30 years, providing Reiki, energy work, and other forms of pain management. I enjoy giving people the opportunity to utilize alternative complementary healing options and promote awareness of spiritual arts in the community.

Reiki is a non-invasive, non-manipulative method that promotes balance in mind, body, and spirit. A relaxing, meditative experience that can allow the body the space and resources it needs to help facilitate healing. It has been used to help relieve physical pain, caused by injury, stress, anger or worry. It can promote healing and proper flow of the nervous system.

It is completely safe in combination with other therapies. Reiki is particularly helpful when combined with “conventional” medicine; to support the body and emotions during illness, treatment, and recovery; and to boost the immune system and help prevent further illness.

A unique encounter with stillness and lightness of being in a busy world- Reiki can also be enjoyed simply for delightful, comforting, deep relaxation. It is also helpful during times of grief, life challenges, or work stress, connecting you to your own natural innate ability to heal and re-balance.
