Disappointing. She appeared to me to be distracted with
something else and thus not really present to the
conversation. I was most disconcerted when after I told her
something,she repeated it back to me in question form, as if
she wasn't listening. I certainly did not feel heard. I sent
her an email addressing this,and she did not respond.This
was not a good experience.
