If your question can be answered by email, there is a $15 per incident charge. If the incident requires more than 15 minutes, then each subsequent minute is billed at $2.00 per minute. If your initial request is not responded to within 24 hours, you will receive a 20% discount off of the entire incident bill. On Site Support is available in Metro Atlanta, Georgia for $95 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours. This charge is due regardless of outcome, so it is recommended you discuss your question with your ProAdvisor ahead of time.
