This person certainly has basic familiarity with Outlook, but not enough to help me with my problem. His proposed methods for solving the problem showed that he is not familiar enough with Outlook. Also, I chose this advisor based on the "$5 off your first call" offer, but I was billed for the full amount of the call - no $5 reduction was made.
