Hi! I'm Vibraceous, ND. I am a doctor of naturopathy, which means that I teach about natural health. Being underweight or overweight is a sign that the body is not functioning at it's optimal best. Natural health methods work to restore balance and harmony to the system, so that all of it's various functions work better, and weight balancing is a natural result. I work to help a person achieve total balance through their nutritional practices and through the proper and informed use of herbs. I am a nationally certified professional trained in the use of herbs and foods in this way.

I also have my own story to tell. The weight gain you see below is the direct result of the side effects of prescription drugs, and the subsequent weight loss is the result of going back to my natural ways.

I didn't lose the weight by directly addressing weight issues. I went from a size 22 back down to a size 10 in 5 months without counting calories, and without pushing myself away from the table one time. I did it by nourishing the weight off rather than by starving it off.
