I can offer recipes for Spanish food, along with other international dishes, I have been cooking since I was Ten and do so every night I enjoy feeding people and seeing happy faces, for example Rice w/ pigeon peas, and roast pork (arroz con gandules y Pernil) a staple in all Puerto Rican households around the holidays, Lasagna, Shepherds Pie, Chicken Stew, Bruschetta, (arroz con Pollo), My famous stuffed Pork chops with swiss cheese and pancetta, meatloaf, Beef stew, Chicken soup, and beef steak soup, Tres Leche, Tamale Pie, cake from scratch, fresh bread, Turkey with stuffing, just in time for Thanksgiving and Christmas, and the best Ham with Coca Cola, trust me it's easy and delicious. ... Call me and I will give you basic and easy directions maybe even some short cuts. You will not be sorry, only sorry you didn't call me sooner. Yellow rice & chicken, fish with white rice and beans, pork chop, breaded steak, simple meals with seasoning that makes all the difference all ways good cooking
