Hi, my name is Dwight. I worked for several home warranty companies and I want to tell you information that your Builder will not. Save you money. BIG TIME. This is one of those calls that you will say. I didn't know, I wish i would have known this before. I promise. Before calling your builder. Be prepared to ask the right questions and get the work done right the first time. If this call does not benefit you, I'll quit. You are being takin for a ride. If you did not build it yourself. I can tell you there are flaws. I was in the business and received 1000s of calls. Solved just as many. Well, now it's your turn to reap the benefits and live in you home in peace. I worked with million dollar homeowners that were upset with the builder. Did there warranty cover the problem? (yes). Did they solve there problem (Not all the time) You see it's at their decretion. Call me and don't get smoothed talked by your builder. YOU HAVE RIGHTS. Your paying for it.
