Empowerment, Balance and Personal Clarity Hello, Welcome, thank you for checking me out. My name is Nadine and I have over 10 years experience working as a coach and counsellor with a wide variety of clients. I have helped at risk youth, clients with mental health issues such as anxiety and depression, refugees, clients with various forms of addiction and also professional clients who are quite affluent in the community. In addition to this, I am employed as a Lifeskills Facilitator teaching people how to overcome obstacles in their life to find their GREATEST POTENTIAL. Employment counselling is also an area that I have a background in. As a hobby, I enjoy doing healing energy work as well as doing intuitive readings for people. When I work with people, I like to use a HOLISTIC model people to include the MIND, BODY, SPIRIT and EMOTIONS. I am familiar with the messages taught in the movie 'The Secret' and 'What the Bleep do we Know' of how powerful our mind and our thoughts can be and how we can create our own reality . I received training in both cognitive behavioural therapy and rapid eye movement desensitazion . My goal is to empower people to be the best they can be and to overcome their own limitations.
