Hi, my name is Andrea and I'm your personal homeschooling coach! I've been researching homeschooling since 1997 and have been teaching my children at home for 3 years. I can help you navigate the wealth of information out there and pinpoint where you need to start to get on the path of home education for your kids!Let's be honest. We all know there are some people who just shouldn't homeschool, but the fact that you're reading this now shows me that you likely care enough about your kids and giving them the best education possible to commit yourself to the undertaking.
Let me tell you a little bit about what I can't do for you:*I'm not a lawyer, so I cannot give legal advice and nothing I say can nor should be construed as legal advice.*I can't create a second income for you.*I can't provide you with books or other curriculum.*And most of all, I can't teach your kids for you.
Now here's what I CAN do: *I CAN point you to information about the laws in your state and how to comply with them.*I CAN provide information on how to homeschool inexpensively and/or how to cut costs in other areas so that you can afford to stay home with your kids*I CAN give you unbiased recommendations of homeschooling curriculum as well as curriculum providers. (I am not associated with any curriculum provider and I'm not selling anything, so you can feel secure in knowing my opinion is truly based on my research and experience, not on making money.)*I CAN support you as a constant friend every step of the journey.
