I have over 7 years experience in the design, implementation, and management of complex Information Technology solutions. I currently hold the certification of MCSE on Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, and the certification of CNA on Novell Netware 3.12, and 4.11. In addition to the certifications I currently hold, I have extensive knowledge in the implementation and configuration of the following operating systems: Windows 2000, Windows 95, Windows 98, Microsoft Terminal Server, HP-UX, Linux, Sun Solaris, DOS 6.22, OS/2. I have used my knowledge of the following applications in the successful design and implementation of many projects: Microsoft Proxy Server 2.0, Microsoft Internet Information Server 4.0, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Lotus Notes 4.5, 4.6, Lotus Domino Server 4.5,4.6, R5, Lotus QuickPlace, Lotus Domino.Doc, Visio, WRQ Reflections, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Outlook, Lucent QIP, and Novell GroupWise. I have a great deal of knowledge and experience in the installation, operation and configuration of the following hardware and technologies: Hubs, Routers, Switches, Bridges, Frame-Relay, T1, ISDN, DSL, RIP, EIGRP, IGRP, OSPF, BGP, IPSEC, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, WINS, IPX, SMTP, POP3, VLAN, and VPN. I am also a Cisco Certified Network Associate. I have experience using the following programming languages and databases to develop custom solutions: Microsoft Visual Basic, Microsoft C++, HTML, ADO, ODBC, Microsoft SQL, and Microsoft Access. In addition to my extensive technical skills, I also have over 5 years experience in project management, supervision, and documentation. I have experience developing and documenting all IT related policies, procedures, and training for a large computer company. I have directed many successful projects requiring the proper mixture of leadership, technical knowledge and the ability to motivate employees.
