With over 20 years of programming experience, from micros to mainframes, I can help solve your software engineering problems. My main area of expertise is in C and C++ programming, including many years of wrestling with the Windows (both 16 & 32 bit) APIs. I've also managed teams of programmers, so I can answer your project staffing, management and architecture questions.
