Hello my name is Josh and I am an IFPA certified personal trainer and nutrition consultant. I have been a personal trainer for 5 years now working with both men, women, and students of all ages. I have competed in amature bodybuilding and attended many seminars on fitness and nutrition. I am listed on the internet as a top IFPA certified personal trainer. I believe that the only thing worse than not spending time in the gym, is wasting time in the gym. I never tell people what to do, I mearly make suggestions. Everyone's body is different and we need to find out what works best for you. We do this by understanding your body. Only then can we discuss a workout program and what nutritional program is best for you.
