I have provided professional support for all Microsoft Office versions, right up to Office 2000. I've even helped people with Microsoft Word 2.0, for God's sake. I can use my expertise in Windows programming (and my stubborn insistence on seeing a problem through to its final solution) to fix problems that have everyone else scratching their heads and shrugging. Getting weird error messages involving DLL's, memory addresses, and other unintelligible things? I can totally fix those. I hate passing the buck. It's like admitting that that other guy knows more than I do. HE DOESN'T! Don't let anyone tell you different. Maybe my rates are too high. Maybe I sound like a nut. Fine. Go talk to the other guy. I'll be waiting when you come crawling back...
