kelarah Advice on post-natal depression

I have suffered from post-natal depression and come out of it. I can advise where to go for help, relaxation techniques, advice on how to make time for yourself and just be here to listen. I am a Nursery Nurse too so I can give advice on babies or toddlers too. Having trouble with crying, sleeping, feeding, terrible twos! anything if I can't answer it straight away I will find out from all the books I have on childcare from being at college. I have City and Guilds in childcare and I want to help people because I know how hard it is bringing up a new baby, especially when you're depressed.
