I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC-MH 8645) and a Certified Addictions Professional (CAP-2529)in the State of Florida. I use a practical approach to counseling that encourages you to think about things in a different way so that you resolve the dilemmas in your life. I will help you set goals and will teach you the skills you need to live a happier life. You will find meeting your goals will help you to feel better about yourself, communicate better with others and think differently about who you are.
