To build valuable relationships with individual customers, you’ll need to remember lots of specific information about each one: What name do they like to be called? What’s the ailment affecting their child we discussed in the last phone call? Do they prefer answers right to the point or long elaborate conversations? Have they spent a lot of money with me in the past and how many offers have I sent them?

You can find all of this information on the Customer Details page, which you can access by clicking on any of the names on your My Customers page. It features a full communications and earnings history, along with a Notes section where you can type in any specific information that will be useful to build a valuable relationship.

Many successful advisors take calls in front of their computer so they can access this information during a conversation and take notes for future calls.
