Your job as an advisor doesn’t end when you hang up from a call. Our most successful advisors have found that one of their most valuable customer relationship techniques is to follow up each call with a thank-you note mentioning something specific from the phone conversation and including an Offer Mail with free minutes for that person’s next call. If you’re short on time, perhaps even just send a simple Mail to let them know you enjoyed talking to them and that you’re available for future calls.

You’ll find a link to Send Mail on the Customer Details page. From the Send Mail page, set the “Type of Mail” dropdown menu to “Offer” and simply select the number of free minutes you’d like to send.

This is one of the easiest marketing jobs you can do – and one of the most effective!
