Lead QA Engineer, Automation
Ingenio is seeking a Software QA Automation Lead to manage a team to define and implement a wide range of automated tests to improve testing efficiency of the core web facing product. The Automation Lead will also strive to find innovative ways to reduce any manual / repetitive tasks and improve team efficiency. Most importantly the Lead of this organization must have vision on how the automation organization will add value to the Ingenio's and YPC's product with the test framework they build and manage. Senior Software Automation QA Engineer
We are looking for a highly motivated and hardworking software QA automation engineer with hands-on experience in the software development process, writing a test harness and automation for functional and load testing for web based applications.
The primary responsibility of the Senior Software Automation Quality Assurance Engineer will be to help develop our test frameworks to handle the creation, scheduling, execution and reporting of all of our automated tests. You will also be a large contributor of tests and mentor and help other develop automated tests. You will also prepare and review test plans, test designs, and test cases as well as work closely with developers, professional services and program managers to ensure our products are testable.

- Work on the core software that runs the Ingenio web and phone based communications platform
- Design and implement new platform features, including architectural/technical design, provide input to database design, development & unit testing
- Develop within a large framework of server-side C# code and database code in SQL
- Work closely with the program management team to refine product specifications and with quality engineering and operation teams to ship robust implementations.
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science from a well respected school. Masters or PhD is preferred
- Advanced study or research project experience at school
- A solid foundation in algorithms, data structures and design patterns
- Completed courses in object oriented programming, database concepts and data networking
- Knowledge of server-side C#, C++ or Java development - thread programming, network programming, interprocess communications, asynchronous I/O.

Web Applications Engineer
Ingenio, Inc. is looking for a bright, self-motivated web applications engineer to become part of our small, experienced and enthusiastic team of web developers. We are looking for someone who is excited about building scalable web applications and also designing and building reusable components. The ideal candidate will have strong object-oriented design skills, knowledge of web technologies and asp.net framework.
In this exciting position you will:- Develop web applications within a large framework of C# code based on .NET 2.0.
