Ingenio Announces First Reseller Agreement with Leads.com
Partnership will deliver more local advertisers Pay Per Call leads from ready-to-buy customers
San Francisco - June 12, 2006 - Ingenio, Inc., the pioneer and leading provider of Pay Per Call® advertising, announced today a reseller partnership agreement with LEADS.com., a Website Pros, Inc. company (Nasdaq:WSPI). LEADS.com is a leading provider of subscription-based online advertising services dedicated to helping businesses reach local customers online.
Under the terms of the deal, LEADS.com has agreed to incorporate Ingenio Pay Per Call advertising into its locally-focused Internet advertising products and services, enabling its customers to purchase Pay Per Call phone leads from Ingenio's growing distribution network, which includes leading search, directory and mobile partners, such as AOL ® Search, AOL Mobile and InfoSpace properties.

LEADS.com will create and manage Pay Per Call campaigns for its participating advertisers, using Ingenio's application program interface (API) offering. The Ingenio APIs allow firms like LEADS.com to develop and manage Pay Per Call advertising campaigns, as well as create and customize new applications to meet their internal and client needs.
