What is a Recorded Listing?
A Recorded Listing is a message that has been recorded by an advisor for customer to listen to: a recipe, computer information, tax filing tips, etc. You can call 24 hours a day and listen to a Recorded Listing whenever you want.

How do Recorded Listings work?
When you find a Recorded Listing you want to listen to, click the Call Button next to the listing, and we'll call you. Press 1 to accept the call and the recording will begin. Don't forget to rate your call afterward, before you hang up!

I was listening to a Recorded Listing and I got prompted to add money to my account.
If you don't have enough money in your account to pay for the entire message, we'll prompt you to add money to your existing account.

Can I listen to the same recording again?
Yes, you can listen as many times as you want. You'll be charged the same fee each time you listen to the recording.
