This page shows your current preferences for advisor alerts, which notify you when a customer is trying to reach you. You can receive two types of alerts:
Phone Alerts – You’ll get an automated call from Ingenio when a customer is on the phone trying to reach you, and when you have customers waiting in line for a call back.
If a customer is on the phone, you can press “1” to talk to them immediately or press “2” to reject the call, at which point they’ll be invited to get in line for a call back from you.
If you get a phone alert when there are customers in line for a call back and you press “1,” you’ll be connected to the first caller in line. When you finish that call, simply press “#” and you’ll be connected to the next customer in your line. You can go through your whole line without ever hanging up the phone!
Email Alerts – You’ll receive an email from Ingenio each time a customer gets in line for a call back or requests an appointment.
