How do I send a gift certificate?
Just fill out the information on the gift certificate form, including the amount of the gift that you'd like to send (your gift can be anywhere between $5 and $100). We'll send your gift to your friend in the form of an email.

Within the email, there will be a link that the recipient must click in order to redeem the gift amount. The link will lead to prompts that will ask the recipient to either sign in or register. If the recipient is already a member, the gift amount will be added to her account immediately after she signs in. If the recipient is new to Ingenio, she'll find a link in the gift certificate email inviting her to register. After she does, the gift amount will be added to her new account.

How do I pay for a gift certificate?
The money for the gift certificate will be withdrawn from your account as soon as you send the gift.

Note: You cannot use promotional money to pay for gift certificates.

How do I redeem a gift certificate?
If you're already a member, the gift amount will automatically be added to your account after you click on the link in the email and sign in.

If you're new to Ingenio, you'll need to register in order to spend your gift. When you receive a gift certificate email, simply click on the link inviting you to register. Once you've do so, the amount of the gift will automatically be added to your account.

Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions

• Gift certificates must be redeemed through our website.
• Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
• Any unused balance will be left in the recipient's account.
• If your call exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card.
• Gift certificate cash value is 1/10 of one cent.
• Gift certificates and their use on our website are subject to our House Rules and the Member Agreement.

• Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates expire six months from the date of issue.
