| What is the Recharge
Alert? The Recharge Alert lets advisors and customers know while they're on the phone that the customer is 60 seconds away from running out of money in his or her account, at which point he or she will be prompted to charge or recharge his or her account. Who will hear the Recharge Alert? You and your customer will both hear the Alert. What should I do when I hear the Recharge Alert? Take advantage of this valuable transition time to prepare your customer for the interruption before they're prompted to add to their account (this is especially important for first-time callers). What does the Alert sound like? It's a female voice that says, "One minute remaining." |
