Spacer When a call is finished, we'll prompt your customer to use the telephone keypad to rate the quality of the call on a scale from 1 (lowest) to 5 (highest). He or she will also be encouraged to leave written feedback on the Ingenio website.

When potential customers browse a category, they see a two-part rating next to each listing. The first part is a numerical rating (for instance, 5462), which measures advisor quality, reliability and popularity. The second is between 1 and 5 stars, representing the average rating individual customers have given this advisor.

Since ratings and feedback are often how customers choose an advisor, amassing good feedback and high ratings is crucial. The higher your rating, the more prominently your listing will appear, the more calls you'll get, and the more money you'll make. Many advisors ask their customers to leave them feedback to make sure their ratings reflect their hard work.
