Once you know how to identify your customers and communicate with them using
Mail, you can use the My Customers page to organize them and communicate
with large numbers of them more easily.
Let's say you have two lists: "Best Customers" and "New Customers."
You could send your "Best Customers" a thank-you Mail saying you hope to hear
from them again soon, while sending "New Customers" who've only called you once a
two-free-minutes offer to call you again.
