Can I place calls before I register?
Sorry, no. To talk to an advisor, you have to register and open an account. You need to provide a valid credit card or debit card to open and fund an account. The sign-up process is quick, easy and free. Once your account is open, you'll get your $5 free and can talk to the advisor of your choice. Any charges beyond the $5 will be drawn from your funded account on Ingenio.

Can I use my $5 free to receive advice by Mail?
Sorry, your $5 free are good only for calls. You can use the promotional money for either Live Advice or Recorded Listings. To accept Paid Mail from an advisor, you'll need to add money to your account.

What happens when my $5 are used?
You can use your credit or debit card to add money to your account. To do this, click on the Payment Info link on the My Account page, then on "Add Money." During a call, you can also choose to extend the call over the phone by following the verbal instructions.

If I don't use my $5 free on my call, can I carry them forward to my next call?
Yes, you may carry any unused promotional dollars toward your next call.
