I have been using MS Access 2000/XP/2003 and its predecessors for over 10 years . I have taught hundreds of individuals to use it as a total data management solution. Advanced features of this program are powerful, but sometimes complex; if you know your stuff but just need to be shown the way, I can definitely make things easy for you! Access is a powerful and useful tool; being able to use it to your advantage will ultimately help you in school, business, and your personal aspirations.

Keen Mail

Keen mail is a great idea from the folks at keen; if you would rather correspond by email, you can just send me your questions, and I will respond with a "paid keen mail". This just means that as soon as you open your keen mail, your account will be credited for the specified amount on the email! Just remember that when you email with your problem/question that you should also state that you would like a paid keen mail response. Sometimes this is more economical than calling, but it really depends on your question/problem.
Keen mail rates:

For answers to brief questions: $5
More complex problems: up to $30

Of course, I will make a judgement as to the value of the email should it fall somewhere in between based on the level of knowledge required and time expended. But please keep in mind that I cannot be expected to simply solve your problem without a fee..so if you email me describing your issue, I will respond to tell you whether or not I can help you, and I will include an assessment of what it will cost you. When you accept this charge I will proceed.
