I have a customer who was a very heavy smoker. He smoked almost two packs a day. He was also a war veteran. He told me that he had tried to quit smoking many times using various methods, tried to quit cold turkey, tried using the patch, tried prescription medications and tried herbal remedies, but was never able to stop smoking for any significant length of time, the cravings and anxiety always won out. With the assistance of reiki, he has not only been smoke free for 3 years now, but also told me that he feels that the reiki has helped him relieve anxiety and heal emotionally from past traumas.
