Computerized Cashflow Analysis using ARGUS
I am a CPA with 20 years varied experience in all aspects of Real Estate analysis. I have extensive familiarity with a wide range of property types -- Office, Retail, Industrial, Residential, Lodging, Mixed-Use, and Land Development Scenarios. I am an expert with computer modeling of Real Estate scenarios, for decision-making, financing, or negotiation support. Often this involves use of the ARGUS computer program. The ARGUS program allows the modelling of virtually any situation, in detail or quick and dirty, as required. I do not do models here on Keen, but I will collect information, and prepare them off-line for a negotiated fee. I am also available to ARGUS users, to talk you through any problem you might have. In my spare time I teach the ASRGUS module at a well respected Real Estate Certificate Program. Finally, despite being a CPA with an expertise in Taxation, I am a deal maker with extensive contacts in the industry. If your situation requires some analytical assistance, I can usually help. If not, I know who can.
