You do not have to pay 7% to 10% commission. All of us realtors by law have to do exactly the same thing which is:


  • We're all required to used standard paperwork for our clients.
  • We all have to abide by a code of ethics that is universal and can lose our licenses if we dont adhere to them.
  • There is no fixed commission. You as a seller can get what you negotiate. You as a buyer, can also get what you negotiate (surprise).Yes, this is a GREAT market for negotiating!
  • We all are exposed to unique marketing such as 800 numbers, creating flyers, talking signs.
  • We all have to know how to negotiate for whomever we represent.


    • Every state is different. The laws, paperwork and procedures are different. So make sure you do not ask a New York realtor advice about California. It is unlikely they will know.

    I will provide advice on how to sell your home, when to sell it. How to buy, when to buy. Is it a buyers market? Heck Yes! How does that affect you as a buyer, and how does that affect you as a seller? 2 very different things.
