Family Business Experts is an extensive SBI! site approaching an Alexa rating of 100,000... it's theme is "family business", which is not a good potential keyword on its own. But that was the consulting [Service!] business my colleague had developed his reputation and expertise in. We both wanted to bring traditional consulting and professional services to the online world. So I figured out how to adapt SBI! and find the niches that let us reach a world-wide audience. And monetize his knowledge and experience with info products and advertising revenue as well as consulting fees.

I have over 35 years experience in many businesses and have always felt that two of the most powerful principles of management are the KISS principle and the Pareto [aka 80/20] Rule.
