Manage the technology contracts with outside vendors.Determined the training needs and develop training materials for staff, apprentices and volunteers for technology applications, solutions, processes and updates. •General knowledge of computers and related technologies as they apply to mortgage banking and other industries •General knowledge of resources that support the Foresight and Calyx POINT LOS •General knowledge of infrastructure requirements and components of local and wide area networks, Internet, and intranets. •Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management •Ability to assist users and trainers with software and hardware direction, guidance, and vision-setting. •Ability to establish evaluation strategies and implement activities. •Ability to train end users in the use of hardware and software.•Ability to lead technology planning efforts including activities to develop, implement, and evaluate a clients technology plans •Providing end-user support •Build computers for new loan officers •Rebuild non-working computers •Maintain computers in a working manner •Maintain service accounts with the copier company •Maintain Service accounts with the printer company •Provide user maintenance for copiers, printers and faxes
