Advice for people about Fibromyalgia
I can offer my advice about Fibromyalgia, because I was diagnosed by the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota in the year 2002. I've suffered with this problem for 20 years, before actually finding out what it was that I had. I took the Mayo Clinic's classes to learn more about this problem and how to help myself have a better quality of life living with this condition. I have been to this doctor and that doctor trying to figure out what the problem was and how to help myself live a more productive lifestyle. The reasons why someone should pay me for my service is that I know what the symptoms are.....I know what I can and can't do with this condition.....I can empathise with people who suffer like I do....I can offer advice on how to eleviate some of the pain...the exercises to do to increase cardiovascular health...a diet that can help reduce some of the pain and symptoms....things to do to help increase the quality of life...stress reduction techniques...to name a few things.
