EATING IN AND OUT WITH GLUTEN INTOLERANCE
I have an auto-immune disease known as Celiac's Disease or Celiac Sprue. My particular condition is accompanied by the skin condition known as Dermatitis Herpetiformis. I have had this disease all of my life but just was diagnosed 3 years ago. Since then I have learned to live a healthy life style and with trial and error learned to eat safely.I know many products that are safe plus I can give you tips on eating out.
