To qualify as your CEO coach I have an advanced M.Sc. degree in
Behavioral Psychology from the Social Academy of Amsterdam and teaching
degrees from the Pedagogic Academy of The Netherlands. I have 20 years
experience as a coach advisor to the most talented, most competent and
most qualified CEOs, showing them how to get the most out of the talents
they have.
CEOs like my down to earth straight forward ability to deal with
issues and leave them with the feeling ..."I can take it from here". The
advice I give is practical and immediately useful to apply in improving
your strategy and milestone results, whether you are involved with a
start-up, private venture capital placement, IPO, or mid-size company
expansion.

Strategy involves working on how to use your basic assets. It involves
knowing who your chairman of the board is, and what the real objectives
are and how to execute. It involves both spiritual, ethical and moral
engineering practices. The business you are constructing has to have the
basic underlying strength to withstand the stress you are going to subject
it to. Speaking figuratively there has to be steel reinforcing the
concrete to support your business plan
My coaching is not about marketing, manufacturing or finance or any of
your other existing CEO skills. This is about your mind and its thoughts
and knowing yourself and knowing the real rules by which you can make the
world obey your intentions. My job as coach is to remind you of the basic
rules of business life that in the heat of battle sometimes get lost. You
can create miracles. I teach you how to focus on your strong points and
improve your weaker points in the process.
