I possess over 8 years of experience in both the commercial and corporate wellness/ health club industries. I have been a certified Personal Trainer since February of 2000. I received my certification through the American Council on Exercise which is one of the most reputable organizations recognized throughout the fitness industry. My areas of expertise include overall general health, pre/post natal, post rehabilitation, and special population (obesity) training program design. I served as Fitness Program Director for the elite establishment of The New York Health & Racquet Club and provided my fitness consulting services to the corporate clientele of both Goldman Sachs NY and NJ locations. I launched and participated in the most successful wellness & fitness program structures ever developed, and am confident of my ability to develop and maintain a successful solution that will meet all of your fitness needs.
