Todd was very plessant, helpful, and professional. The
reason for four stars instead of five stars is the phone
connection quality was very poor. I would call Todd again.

I had a question regarding amended returns, e-filing and
Turbo Tax. The response was clear, concise, but in
laymen’s terms. It was a very pleasurable first
experience.
I would have no heartburn about calling Todd Roan, CPA if
I need to do so in the future.

Todd was very friendly but had not followed up to an email
request as to his knowledge on Turbo Tax Pro for business.
I called and in fact found out that he did not have the
experience I needed to help me. I am neutral as to his
experience level with products he shows he supports but
would have appreciated an email response that could have
saved me a call in.
