Hello my name is Matthew Kerzner and I am the founder and president of MRK Associates, specializing in human capital. I am a Human Resource Professional operating on the east coast. Better known as Matt the HR Guy, I have over 15 years of experience in business operations, training and development, organizational development, communications, labor relations, employee relations, recruiting, selecting human resources.
Since 1993, I have trained, and coached over 3,000 plus managers and individuals in time management, performance management, reward and recognition, leadership and development, communication skills, goal setting, career development, and resume and cv development.
I graduated from Nichols College with a B.A.in Industrial Organizational Psychology, and University of New Haven with two Masters Degrees one in Industrial Organizational Psychology and the other in Labor Relations.
I am on staff at the University of New Haven as an Adjunct Professor in the Management and Economic departments teaching Collective Bargaining, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Organizational Behavior,Organizational Development, and Leadership and Teambuilding.
I can assist in developing a solid plan for you or your organizations future by using proven techniques in human resource planning, project management, and strategic thinking.
In order to be a solid leader it is important that you be at your best. Any professional athlete will tell you they are at the level of performance because of the coaching they received along the way. I can provide the tools and techniques to help you reach your goals that you desire. I can provide one on one coaching, goal setting, individual developmental plans, communication skills, stress management and building your image by improving your self esteem.
